The integrated weighing packaging production line centers on the automatic screw filler for powders and granules. Working principle
The weighing based filling device consists of three core parts: feeding unit, weight detection unit and hopper discharge unit. The feeding unit delivers materials to the weighing chamber and stops automatically when reaching the preset weight. The discharge unit then opens the hopper to unload materials, completing the whole weighing and filling process.
Material feeding unit
Common feeding types include electromagnetic vibration, screw, conveyor belt and gravity pipeline. To ensure high precision and fast metering, the unit requires stable controllability and automatic feeding speed adjustment is preferred to optimize filling performance.
