Side unloading vibratory feeder is one integrated equipment, mainly including: upper feeding dustproof bin, circular vibrating hopper, vibration silicon balls and sealing parts, vibration excitation assembly, lateral discharge interface, shock-absorbing support, hanging assembly, dust removal interface, inspection door and frame base. Key characteristics
(1). Flexible lateral discharge layout:
It does not require vertical downward discharge and can be laterally connected to circular vibrating screens, conveyors, silos, and packaging equipment. It is suitable for the narrow space of the factory and the staggered arrangement of pipelines. It can be selected for single-sided and double-sided discharge.

The circular hopper + central screen with vibration balls significantly improves the poor flowability of ultrafine powder and easily agglomerated powder, reducing blockage and deflection.
(3). Closed dust removal for environmental protection:
The overall closed feeding cavity can be equipped with a cloth bag dust removal interface, the feeding dust is collected centrally to meet the requirements of environmental protection dust control.
(4). Controllable quantitative feeding:
The feeding flow rate is linearly adjustable, suitable for continuous batching and pre-feeding screening, and the metering is uniform and stable.
(5). Material optional and easy cleaning:
The contact material parts can be made from stainless steel 304 or 316, which has no dead corners and is easy to change or cleaning. It is suitable for industries such as food, chemical industry, building materials and lithium battery powder etc.
Running principle
The materials after manual or unpacking fall into the circular hopper in the station. The vibration mechanism drives the hopper to vibrate in a circular trajectory, the internal conical surface breaks the powder arching, bridge building and wall blocking. The materials flow circumferentially along the inner wall of the hopper and are transported outward at a uniform speed from the side discharge port. By adjusting the vibration amplitude or variable frequency control, continuous quantitative feeding is achieved, Start or Stop are fast and the material is stable.
