Powder auger filling machine is widely application in dosing and filling. Semiautomatic auger filling machine controls the number of revolutions or duration of auger rotation to measure materials and fill them into packaging containers; its metering mechanism essentially functions as a helical propeller. During filling, the material first enters the conduit under the action of a mixer, and then is discharged into the packaging container through a valve via the rotation of a screw mechanism. The auger can have its rotation count controlled by a timer or counter, thereby regulating the filling weight.

The auger filler is primarily designed for dosing powdered or small-grained materials, particularly suitable for substances prone to bridging at the feed opening and difficult to discharge, such as coffee and flour.

However, it is not recommended for filling brittle flaky materials or those exhibiting significant density variations. Its main features include a compact structure, rapid filling speed, absence of dust emission, and high filling accuracy. The measurement range can be expanded by adjusting the screw parameters.
