Inclined screw feeder is a mechanical device that utilizes a motor to drive a spiral rotor, thereby transporting materials. It can transport materials horizontally, at an angle, or vertically, offering advantages such as a simple structure, small cross-sectional area, excellent sealing performance, easy operation, convenient maintenance, and suitability for enclosed transportation. When the shaft of screw feeder rotates, the material is restricted by its own gravity and the friction with the trough wall, so it cannot rotate with the spiral blades. Instead, it moves forward along the bottom of the conveyor under the pushing of the blades-similar to how a fixed nut moves linearly along a rotating screw. The main driving force for material movement comes from the axial rotating force of the spiral blades, which lifts and propels the material along the tangent direction of the blades to complete conveying.
