Equipment principle
The Vertical granular packaging machine operates based on a five-step core mechanism, which covers bag shaping, material metering, filling, sealing, and cutting. Here is a detailed breakdown of each step:
(1). Film rolling and forming:
Packaging film, loaded onto the machine in roll form, is fed to the forming section through guide rollers and tension controllers. The forming unit bends the film into a cylindrical shape and wraps it around the filling pipe, forming the basic structure of the bag cylinder.
(2). Vertical heat sealing:
The overlapping edges of the cylindrical film are sealed by a vertical heat sealer through heating, turning the film into a sealed tube. This step is essential for subsequent horizontal sealing and material filling operations.
(3). Metered filling:
According to preset weight or volume parameters, the metering device transfers the target material (including granules, powders etc.) to the filling pipe and injects it into the bag cylinder. Depending on the material's characteristics, screw conveyors, bucket conveyors or other suitable equipment are used for weighing, with an accuracy reaching ±1grams.
(4). Horizontal heat sealing and cutting:
Once filling is finished, the horizontal heat sealer seals the top of the bag cylinder and cuts it at the same time to produce individual packaging bags. The temperatures of vertical and horizontal sealing can be adjusted separately, ensuring tight and neat seals.
(5). Finished product discharge:
The sealed bags are transported out by the conveying system and then sent to follow-up procedures like cartoning or palletizing.
