Equipment running principle
The portable screw feeder adopts the principle of spiral rotary propulsion for automatic material conveying. Driven by the motor and reducer, the built-in spiral blade rotates continuously at a constant or adjustable speed. Powders, granules and other bulk materials stored in the stainless steel hopper are pushed forward axially by the rotating spiral blade, generating continuous and stable material displacement. With the help of optional U-shaped tube or straight tube conveying structure, materials are smoothly transported from the feeding inlet to the discharging outlet. Meanwhile, the closed stainless steel structure avoids material leakage and dust overflow, the orderly spiral propulsion realizes uniform, quantitative and continuous feeding, completing the automatic conveying and feeding process of materials for supporting production equipment.
